Shipping policy

We hand-deliver locally and offer free pickup in all three of our areas. Flowers and plants never ship; shop retail (candles, socks, cutting boards, and other gifts) ships anywhere in the US.

 

SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Orders placed by 11:00 AM Eastern are delivered the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered on the next delivery day. You choose your delivery or pickup date on the product page when you order.

 

DELIVERY AREAS & FEES

Local delivery is a flat $18 in all three areas.

Manchester & around: Manchester, Bedford, Goffstown, Hooksett, Pinardville, Londonderry.

The Seacoast: Kittery, Kittery Point, Portsmouth, New Castle, Eliot, York, South Berwick, Wells, Kennebunk.

Newburyport & Salisbury: Newburyport, Salisbury, Amesbury, Newbury, Byfield, West Newbury, Rowley, Merrimac, Groveland, Seabrook.

 

FREE PICKUP

Manchester: Dew Collective studio, 34 Hanover Street. Orders are usually ready in about two hours.

Kittery: inside Humble Warrior Power Yoga, 1 State Road.

Newburyport area: Willey's Scoops & Sweets, 4 Broadway, Salisbury (Salisbury Beach).

 

RETAIL SHIPPING (US ONLY)

Standard shipping is $8, free on retail orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. Gift cards are delivered by email and never ship.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS

Every arrangement is designed fresh from what's best that week. When a pictured stem isn't available, we substitute flowers of equal or greater value while keeping the overall look and palette.

 

IF THE RECIPIENT ISN'T HOME

Weather permitting, we'll leave the arrangement in a safe spot and notify the recipient. Otherwise we'll contact the recipient or sender to arrange re-delivery.
